Real Madrid completed a dramatic turnaround against Bayern Munich to reach another Champions League final.

A late double by former Stoke forward Joselu sent the 14-time winners through as the Spanish champions won 2-1 at the Bernabeu in the semi-final second leg, sealing a 4-3 aggregate victory.

It was a devastating blow for England captain Harry Kane, who was minutes away from booking a dream final at Wembley but will now end his first season at Bayern without a trophy - and is still yet to win a major honour in his career.

But it is joy for England teammate Jude Bellingham, who will now face former club Borussia Dortmund and fellow countryman Jadon Sancho in London on June 1 as LaLiga champions Real chase a double.

Jason Cundy slams Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel for substituting Harry Kane against Real Madrid, which ultimately lost them the game in the Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid

Bayern had taken the lead midway through the second-half when Alphonso Davies fired in a powerful strike after a good pass by Kane.

Thomas Tuchel thought he had masterminded a stunning victory but hadn't reckoned for Joselu, who came off the bench to turn the tie around.

The former Stoke forward capitalised on a mistake by Manuel Neuer to tap in the leveller after 88 minutes.

The comeback was completed in stoppage-time as their hero off the bench netted once again - Antonio Rudiger's pass across the box found Joselu and he bundled it in.

VAR came into play as it was initially called offside but when replays showed that he was onside and the goal was given, wild scenes were sparked in the Santiago Bernabeu.

Bayern thought they sent the tie to extra-time with an even later goal but the linesman flagged for offside before it hit the back of the net, with the visitors incensed at the decision.

The result means Kane, who was surprisingly substituted by Tuchel moments before Madrid's equaliser, has to wait even longer for his first senior trophy.

It also means Bayern - beaten to the Bundesliga title by Bayer Leverkusen - end the season without any silverware for the first time since 2011/12.

Madrid on the other hand are now strong favourites to claim a 15th European Cup success against Dortmund.

Carlo Ancelotti's side have already won the Spanish Super Cup and LaLiga this season.

Bellingham, 20, would cap off an incredible first season at the club with Champions League glory, doing so fittingly at the home of English football and against his former club.

Bellingham hailed Real Madrid's never-say-die attitude following the match, and can't wait for the big one.

"At Wembley, against Dortmund, it is a weird one. I can't believe it. I am so looking forward to it, the atmosphere, the game itself. A Champions League final, man," he said.

On their late show, he said: "We have seen it a lot of times this season where it looks like we're dead and buried. It doesn't matter who scores the goal because someone always manages it. That mentality of never-say-die," Bellingham told TNT Sports.

"Joselu, I don't think he will be sleeping much tonight! He will be useless in training tomorrow. But, no honestly he deserves it all. He has been an amazing member of the squad throughout the whole season and this is his night.

"They are unbelievable (the fans). They are the best in the world by far.

"Coming here, there is a reason why we turn so many games or why when we're down in certain legs that we always manage to come back in the second leg. It is because of these lot. They give you an energy that you can't get from anything else.

"You come here and that is all they talk about. They talk about how you've had the 14th, but how they want the 15th. The lads said it was the same when we won the 10th, all they asked for was the 11th, but that is why I love being here because you can never be settled."
