A fired-up Luke Littler played the role of pantomime villain to perfection as he claimed another Premier League victory in Liverpool.
The 17-year-old - an avid Manchester United supporter - was booed by fans at the M&S Bank Arena but relished the animosity as he dished out the banter on-stage to get his own back.

The teenager gave an early indication that he was up for the night when taunting supporters with a 2-0 gesture in his quarter-final walk-on, a message relating to Liverpool's 2-0 defeat to Everton on Wednesday.
After beating Price in the opening match, Littler faced Nathan Aspinall in the semi-finals with fans booing his every shot.
Falling 5-2 behind, Littler looked like he was in trouble before using the boos as fuel as he mounted a comeback.
Aspinall attracted a huge cheer after scoring a 180, something that Littler immediately cancelled out with one of his own, followed by a sarcastic shrug towards the crowd.

As the 17-year-old racked up the points, he could be seen jokingly shushing the crowd and cupping his ears in response to the light-hearted jeers from those in attention.
'The Asp' had plenty of opportunities to finish the game off, but Littler was relentless as he looked to silence the crowd with every shot, something that ultimately paid off as he secured a 6-5 win to progress to the final.
In doing so, Littler let out a huge 'woo!' in celebration as he relished the victory in front of Liverpool's fans.
