Thiago Silva's wife, Belle, didn't know what to say as she watched Chelsea crumble at Arsenal.

The Blues were thumped 5-0 at the hands of their London rivals to add further misery onto yet another underwhelming season.

Chelsea fell behind after just four minutes and conceded two goals from former star Kai Havertz on a miserable night with Ben White then getting his own double in the second half.

It's a defeat - their heaviest in a London derby for 38 years - that could severely affect their chances of qualifying for European football for the second season in a row.

And not long after the full-time whistle, Silva's wife Belle took to X to seemingly vent her frustrations with yet another defeat.

She posted a cryptic message that contained three emojis - one with hands over its eyes, a second with its mouth covered and a third with its ears covered by hands.

It's not the first time she has raised her concerns over Chelsea on social media as she did the same after their 4-2 defeat to Wolves.

Silva, who hinted he will leave in the summer, came off the bench for the final 12 minutes against Arsenal for his 33rd season appearance.

Whilst he didn't concede during his time on the pitch, he will no doubt be bitterly disappointed with yet another poor result.

The veteran centre-back broke down in tears at the end of Chelsea's FA Cup semi-final defeat to Manchester City on Saturday.

And with the Blues at risk of not qualifying for Europe yet again, his successful spell in west London could end on a sorry note.

Chelsea's defeat was their 11th in the Premier League this season and one that shows just how far off the pace they are to the top four.

Manager Mauricio Pochettino apologised for the loss and told talkSPORT the mauling is difficult to explain and his side didn't play like a team.

"To start the game in the way that we started is not acceptable, that is the problem."

Asked about the 5-0 loss being the club's worst in a London derby since 1986, he said: "It's damaging to the players, the club, the coaching staff, everything.

"Everyone is damaged after this result, but the problem is to realise before when you're preparing for the game, if you want to compete, you need to realise that it's a London derby.

"All I can say is I apologise to the fans, I apologise to the people because I think the first and second 15 minutes [first and second half], 30 minutes in the game, we didn't compete.

"We were so soft, it's so painful, so painful."
